Meet the Team

The name “StoneyBrooke Home Renovations & Design” may sound new to the Central PA area, however its owners and skilled workers have been working and making homeowners’ dreams come true for many years in the area.

StoneyBrooke Home Renovations & Design was founded by Chris Steach and Rob Lieblein, both of Harrisburg PA. With their combined knowledge of construction and business management, a great partnership and friendship was formed into what has become StoneyBrooke Home Renovations & Design.


Chris Steach


Chris has been involved in both the commercial and residential construction industry for nearly 22 years. Working for his father right out of high school, Chris started learning at an early age what hard work and taking care of customers truly means.


Scott Saurs


Scott has been in the Home Improvement Industry for 30+ years in various capacities. Scott started learning hands on with Kelly Systems while in High School as a laborer in the summers. He worked with a Contractor learning how build walls and install doors and windows and various other projects. Scott then took a position with Moore’s Lumber selling Building Products before he moved on to The Home Depot where he worked for 25 years, 20 of which were as a Store Manager in multiple locations throughout Central Pennsylvania. Scott has a degree in Business, is well versed in the latest Industry Trends and knows what it takes to deliver Excellent Customer Service!

Rob Lieblein


Rob has worked across the country as a senior partner for a large merger and acquisitions firm, as well as owning and operating several of his own companies. Rob's knowledge and expertise of managing and growing companies is exceptional and well noted.


Dawn Steach


Born in Myrtle Beach South Carolina & transplanted to the Central PA area at an early age, Dawn has called Harrisburg and its surrounding areas her home. Raising two wonderful children and handling all day to day business activities for StoneyBrooke keeps her quite busy. Dawn has a business degree from HACC and was an Operations Management Specialist with UPS for 15 years. Dawn is in charge of all financials, health care & payroll for StoneyBrooke. Dawn's key assets are her customer relations expertise & organizational skills that help keep StoneyBrooke running like a well oiled machine.


Brooke Steach


The daughter of Chris and Dawn, Brooke has an extraordinary background in public relations, video production, photography, and mass communications. Brooke graduated high school in 2018, and is currently in college studying Journalism at The Pennsylvania State University. Brooke’s knowledge within these fields helps us design the perfect showcase through visual media. Brooke enjoys working on website design and updates, visiting job sites and taking professional pictures of projects, creating and operating social media accounts, and interacting with customers. Brooke aspires to go into the broadcast reporting field after graduation following into sports analytics.


Chad Groff


Chad has 21 years in the construction industry from Masonry labor, to Residential Design to Construction Management. He worked for a Central Pennsylvania Home Builder starting in the drafting department. His experience there grew to include Drafting, Estimating, Purchasing, Construction Management and collaborating in the implementation of a fully integrated Purchasing/Sales program. He managed the drafting department for a Colorado Home Builder in the Loveland area, streamlining their processes to better achieve company goals. One of his contributions to the firm was to develop a New Product Innovation Team. After returning to Pennsylvania Chad has utilized his experiences to help builders create new designs and expand their product availability, as well as help homeowners achieve their dream homes. 


Meredeth Groff


Meredith has 17 years in the construction industry from Construction Labor in college, to Accounting/ Purchasing/ Estimating, Residential Design and New Home Sales. She got her Bachelor’s in Accounting from Muhlenberg College and started working for a Central Pennsylvania Home Builder starting in the Accounting Department. After a year, she became the Controller and oversaw all accounting functions. During her tenure there, Meredith obtained her Certified Managerial Accountant designation as well as her Real Estate License. She collaborated in the implementation of a fully integrated Purchasing/Sales program. After this implementation, her experience grew to include Drafting, Estimating, Purchasing, Interior Design and Sales. Meredith’s experience in all these facets of construction aid in her ability to provide desirable plans while adhering to any given budget.
